USC's Health Sciences Campus is home to two state-of-the-art patient care facilities: USC Norris Comprehensive Cancer Center and Hospital, and Keck Hospital of USC. USC faculty physicians staff these and many other hospitals in Southern California, including the nationally acclaimed Children's Hospital Los Angeles and the Los Angeles County+USC Medical Center, one of the largest teaching hospitals in the United States.

Private practice offices are located in the Healthcare Consultation buildings adjacent to Keck Hospital of USC. In addition to these facilities, Keck Medical Center of USC physicians also practice at several satellite locations, including the USC Westside Center for Diabetes and Doctors of USC – Downtown, located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles.
